Please find additional information in the Priority Notice sent on November 18, 20205. 

As the liquidation close-out period for FY24 funds comes to an end, please be advised that December 15, 2025 is the final submission date for approvable invoices. We strongly encourage all SAUs to complete their submissions as soon as possible.

This is an unmovable deadline. We cannot extend the submission window to accommodate late invoices. Any invoices submitted after December 15 that are returned unapproved cannot be resubmitted, and the associated funds will be forfeited.

Please complete the invoicing process in Grants4ME prior to December 15 to ensure proper processing and timely payments.

 

The FY 25 IDEA Year End Reports are due 11/30/2025. The year end report tracks the expenditures for the first 12 months of the grant 07/01/2024-06/30/2025. You must start a revision to the application in order to complete. Sections to be completed are: Inventory, CEIS, Expenditure Overview for 611 and 619 only expenditures for 07/01/24-06/30/25 (no carryover) At the end of the report there is a place to upload a detailed trail balance for Fund codes 2470 & 2510. Maintenance of Effort and Excess Cost are being calculated outside of Grants4ME currently. Once the data is available in Grants4ME we will reach out to work with SAUs not meeting MOE.
