The FY 25 IDEA Year End Reports are due 11/30/2025. The year end report tracks the expenditures for the first 12 months of the grant 07/01/2024-06/30/2025. You must start a revision to the application in order to complete. Sections to be completed are: Inventory, CEIS, Expenditure Overview for 611 and 619 only expenditures for 07/01/24-06/30/25 (no carryover) At the end of the report there is a place to upload a detailed trail balance for Fund codes 2470 & 2510. Maintenance of Effort and Excess Cost are being calculated outside of Grants4ME currently. Once the data is available in Grants4ME we will reach out to work with SAUs not meeting MOE. The FY25 ESEA Performance Report pages, in the FY25 ESEA Consolidated Application, are due on 11/14/2025. All invoicing for expenditures through 09/30/2025 must be completed before the SAU can submit the performance report. The ESEA offered a training, which is available at on the ESEA Resources webpage.
