The Office of MaineCare Services (MaineCare) and the Maine Department of Education’s (Maine DOE) Office of Federal Programs and Office of Special Services and Inclusive Education (OSSIE) will host a half-day MaineCare enrollment and billing introductory session for district leaders. This training will provide a broad overview of MaineCare billing, special education services that are billable under MaineCare, provide an update about anticipated addition of Chapter II, Section 106 to the MaineCare Benefits Manual and the upcoming related rate study. It will also offer an opportunity to ask SAU specific questions regarding MaineCare billing.
